Good Morning, Monday
Such a good decision not to go to BloggerCon. I'm sure I missed a fabulous time, but sleeping late, eating buckwheat raspberry pancakes, going for a 5.5 mile walk with Boyfriend and doggie in the sparkly fall sunshine, doing some work by the fireplace while Boyfriend napped, reading almost half of a novel, and eating a big Indian feast with Housemate, Housemate's sweetie, and Boyfriend made for such a spacious and leisurely day that I feel terrific this morning.
And terrified, facing a week full of tasks that I haven't yet strategized just how to handle. But I'll get it done.
Morning blogcheck reveals an interesting article on Professor Bainbridge's site regarding corporate responsibility and how the law should best address the problem of making a legal fiction (comprised of people) act responsibly. I need to think about this a little more -- CEO certification would seem to strip the corporation of the limited liability that is one of the basic reasons for the corporate form, yes? Oh, there's so much I don't understand....
Update: There's a good post here including a lot of high points and blogs about the high points of BloggerCon. Sounds like it was pretty interesting
