I just googled "pig scramble" and found an Ohio county fair webitsite entitled "2002 Junior Girls Pig Scramble Rules". Try

Lots of rules, but it sounds like you have to catch a pig by its ears and drag it into the Winners' Circle. See what we miss being cityfolk.
