Oh goodie, look what the judge wrote to the attorney who called me a liar:
"Plaintiff's request for a protective order is denied. As the motion is completely without merit the plaintiff shall pay $250.00 in attorney's fees to defendant's counsel within 30 days."
Hee hee. And I forgot to ask for attorney's fees during the hearing (although I definitely asked for them in the pleadings).
