I filed my tax returns electronically on February 10. My state and federal refunds are IN MY ACCOUNT today. (My state refund was there yesterday.) Turbo Tax is the way to go.

Actually, speaking as the former accountant that I am, the way to go it to underpay your taxes just slightly all year so you have use of that "refund" money as it's earned during the tax year. The other way to go is to start breeding so that you qualify for the earned income tax credit which gives you more back than you actually pay in. This last option however comes with other, rather steep, costs so I understand.
