Duck tongues, with basil. Also salt & pepper pork with scallions. Did you know that duck tongues have bones in them? Or at least pretty serious cartilage. Take it from me.

One of the rare occasions where I'd pick pork over the other thing available. But I have a difficult relationship with duck.
