Monday: 1 hour power yoga
Tuesday: run 3-5 miles
Wednesday: lift approx 1 hour
Thursday: run 3-5 miles
Friday: 1 hour power yoga
lift approx 1 hour
Saturday/Sunday: varies, but generally lift 1 hour, run 45 minutes.
I feel pretty good. I want to keep lifting more, and I want to get better at running (faster, further). I'm signed up for a 10K in August and am vaguely hunting for a half-marathon. I'm also getting very curious about adventure races and triathalons, something that would force me to learn a new physical skill. Today Turboglacier and I made a pact to start playing tennis in May. It would be fun to do some rock climbing, outdoors on actual rocks, too. What am I missing?
"What am I missing?"

i'm thinking about a triathlon. i hear there is a great (sprint) race in Unity sometime in July. I think its .5 mile swim, 15 mile bike, 3.5 mile run. http://www.trifind.net/nf/me.html has information on area triathlon/dualthons.
rockclimbing, another good idea.

this all sounds great. on a next all-request i might have to pry for info on your favorite sporting gear/clothes.

As a huge ulti player I would suggest that, but I was going to suggest anything that would work lateral motion and inner/outer legs. Soccer, ultimate, hockey (field or ice) are all very good. You need to do yoga more than once a week. Good luck!

try incorporating sprints into your running workout, or hills/stairs. if you want to do a 1/2 marathon, you will need to increase mileage and frequency. i'd throw in some swimming.
rockclimbing is awesome; you need strong legs for it.

This is almost exactly my work out schedule during the week, except I do Pilates Mondays & Fridays instead of power Yoga. Eerie...

Rockclimbing is fun...but definitely do it outdoors. Have you tried swing dancing? It's physically intense as well as being mentally stimulating too.

What are you missing?
I'm guessing you're missing the occassional Marlboro Light and the less occassional icy cold domestic beer.
