It's a bit of a bummer not to have a working shower. I went to Home Depot the other day but I can't load sheetrock by myself, and even if I could load it I can't unload it. And I'm not sure how I'm going to hang it. Today Turboglacier is going to help me get the materials. I'll figure out how to install it after I get it home. I've got sailing coach obligations every day except Monday, so Monday is when this shower gets built.
Good luck!

Hanging sheetrock is (relatively) simple. You just need a bagful of aptly-named sheetrock screws. Cut the wallboard to fit, then screw it to the framing studs. After that, it's just tape and sand, tape and sand, tape and sand...

Oh, and you're welcome to have fun with the double entendres available with screwing, sheets, rock, and studs. Everyone else does.

BTW, if you're making a shower enclosure, might want to get water-resistant greenboard drywall or waterproof cement-based drywall, instead of regular drywall. Holds up to moisture and water better. Can read more about it at http://tinyurl.com/otmaz
