Finally read The Tipping Point. Dug it. My next nonfiction book will probably be The Wisdom of Crowds.
In the fiction department, I really enjoyed Pride and Prejudice and may cue up some more Austen for the remainder of the summer. I'm reading Iris Murdoch's The Sea, The Sea right now and like it a lot. It reminds me vaguely of Nabokov, perhaps just because of its aging, grumpy, eccentric and obsessive male narrator. Currently on hiatus from Norwegian Wood, which hasn't managed to grab me yet, halfway through.
Well, even though no mention has been made of Request Wednesday, I would be interested in reading a post describing what's it's like to go on a long (week or more) sailboat cruise. If you have time and feel like it.
