Some people, I am not sure why, were directed to this site by a Google search for MPRE information. If you are worried, for even ten minutes, about passing the MPRE, you needn't. Read the little pamphlet that comes with the testing materials. Spend an hour or two going through the Model Rules. Show up on time; bring the right kind of pencil. Let common sense be your guide. You'll pass.
I know one guy who didn't, but you're not like him. If you know what "MPRE" stands for, and you've read this blog post to the end, you're all set. This test is a non-event.
Is it good, or bad, that the legal profession has a multiple choice test on "professional responsibility" that I can't even remember? I think it's perhaps just irrelevant and silly. But it puts dollars in the hands of the exam administrators and the test prep companies, and out of the hands of law students, so I suppose that's good for the economy, right?
I actually do not know what MPRE stands for. I know absolutely nothing about anything even peripherally related to the Bar.
