1) One of the best things about this weekend's party, a birthday party for the dog, is that we made a giant bone out of Christmas lights and hung it over the garage door. It's very funny. We gave people directions -- here's the street, this is the number, there will be lots of cars, and look for the giant lit up bone. That's the house.
2) Sometime this weekend when I wasn't getting enough sleep I didn't notice that my Typepad counter rolled over 200,000 page loads. It took me about 10 months to hit 100,000, and about five and a half to hit 200,000. I have no idea what that means. My numbers have jumped a lot recently, which I blame on the law students finding ways not to study for their exams.
Means I need to check your site more than 100 times a day!

Bingo! That's how I found my way here. If I really HAVE to study, I go where there is no internet access, because reading random law blogs is way better than trying to figure out the difference between 23(b)(1)(a) class actions, and 23(b)(3) class actions. I may regret this on tomorrow's civ pro exam.
