i think perfectionism is a defensive tactic. what, exactly, do you want to stop?

1. You will never know. 2. You need to fail at something. Big time. That will break the pattern.

I got to be a perfectionist by growing up in a competitive family.
The three steps: 1. Stop judging 2. Stop contolling 3. Stop having to be right
For me its hard to do.
