I had another cup of coffee, yesterday afternoon. I bought it at Peet's, a medium cup made with some steamed milk. It was very good. So was my mood as I drank it and afterwards. It was like me, only better, a little more amped up. Perhaps a little too amped up, but it felt good. I really enjoyed it.
And I think it's a dangerous thing. I didn't sleep enough last night and find myself thinking that a cup of coffee would solve that. Seems like maybe that's a bad idea. I don't need to return to an addiction. Do I? No. I don't.
Mmmmm. Peet's. :)

As long as it's in moderation, coffee is a good thing... Supposedly has all sorts of health benefits too.

you're just because of the time change and not getting enough sleep. don't let that lead you to a rash decision like foregoing peets.
