Mad's bringing Very Purple Dip -- yum:
Mad's Kalamata olive dip
1 block cream cheese or neufchatel
Roughly equal amount of feta cheese (maybe a little less)
Several cloves of garlic, chopped
Pitted Kalamata olives (ideally with a little juice)
Blend in food processor or blender until creamy and a beautiful lavender color.
Devour.
