Back In Florida, Part II

We get good breeze here, and good practice sailing in waves and lumpy water.  And it's warm enough that you don't mind getting wet.   

No sunburn yet.  I'm hiding underneath layers of sunscreen, plus my Columbia UPF 30 hat and shirt.  Love them both.

What the public doesn’t understand, and the news media is reluctant to report, is that the cost of the beach re-nourisment is generally being paid through taxes assessed against the very property owners whos property is being taken by the state. How would you like to invest a few hundred thousand and own and control miles and miles of beach? That’s exactly what the State of Florida is attempting to do. Donald Trump would love it.

Florida homeowners have been caught up in foreclosure nightmares for long enough and someone needs to start looking out for them, especially those homeowners who are going through this process unfairly.
